IBB’s labour market promotion invests specifically in people and our society. Our focus is particularly geared to education, securing skilled labour and social inclusion. To achieve this, we make use of a variety of funding instruments from the Federal State of Berlin that are co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+/ESF Plus). The measures support the social participation of disadvantaged people and combat poverty and marginalisation.
