IBB's executive bodies

In its capacity as the business development bank of the Federal Land of Berlin, IBB is an institution incorporated under public law. The bank operates in accordance with the Investitionsbank Law (IBBG) and its memorandum and articles of association which form the basis for both IBB's organisational structure and its bodies.

IBB's Board of Management

The Board of Management manages business in its own responsibility and subject to law, the memorandum and articles of association, the guidelines adopted by the Administrative Board, as well as the business rules applicable to the Board of Management. The Board of Management represents Investitionsbank in and out of court. The Administrative Board decides upon the appointment, chairperson, removal from office and the terms of employment of the members of the Board of Management.
