Support for tenants, landlords and investors

Investitionsbank Berlin has a host of financing and support programmes on offer for tenants, landlords and investors, municipal housing companies and housing associations. In addition to refurbishment and conversion, support is also available, for instance, for training and employing unemployed people in the building sector and for tenants and landlords in the council housing sector. And finally, support is also available in the form of comprehensive know-how and competent advice.
